Bonaire Lionfish Recipe featured on USA Today

Bonaire's native 'lionfish' dish was featured on USA Today's list of "Our Experts' Most Memorable Meals of 2014." This placement is direct result of freelancer Sarah Sekula's visit to Bonaire on a recent press trip in August 2014.

Sekula describes the dish as a simple, yet tasty meal made memorable mostly by the preparation of the dish that she experienced before actually eating it. The process of catching and cooking the lionfish is highlighted throughout the piece. VIP Divingis featured as one of the dive operations on island that hunt for lionfish, and The Beach Hut is mentioned as one of the restaurants that serve lionfish dishes.
