In 2007, the Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) launched a three year Tourism Awareness Program (TAP) aimed at involving more local people in the Island’s tourism sector and product. The campaign, aptly named “Smile, Boneiru ta Dushi” offers free training to those either working, or wanting to work, in the tourism sector. Workshops along with training in the field are part of the training sessions.
