World Wetland Day (STINAPA), February 2
Each year on the 2nd of February, Wetland Day is celebrated yearly to mark the anniversary of the signing of the Convention on wetlands of the international importance in 1971.
To celebrate this day, there will be banners in the main street, Press Activities & Kids kayaking activities including Educational Programs about this day at the schools on the island.

Youth Parade Rincon, February 26
carnival kicks off with a child parade in Rincon!
Carnival is the biggest cultural event on Bonaire with several parades, in which youngsters and elderly participate. Come and watch the dancing people, admire their colored costumes and listen to the swinging music.
