The Hilltop Restaurant & Bar offers local cuisine with an international twist. Hilltop, located at the Caribbean Club, is conveniently open every day.

 

Hilltop Breakfast:

A hearty diver’s breakfast buffet is available from 8am until 11am.

 

Hilltop Lunch:

A tasty lunch is served from 12 noon until 3pm.

 

Hilltop Dinner:

Dinner is served 7 days per week from 6pm until 9pm. Choose from a simple, but delicious menu except for the nights Hilltop serves a special dinner.

Tuesday: Hilltop features an all-you-can-eat Barbeque night

Friday:     Taste the local and international specialties from our Creole buffet

Sunday:    Feel at home at the Hilltop Restaurant at our Casserole night

 

The Hilltop Bar, located next to the pool, is open every day from 8am until 10pm. Hilltop Bar’s Happy Hour is from 5pm to 6pm.
