Investing in a foreign country can be a bit daunting; however, Bonaire’s climate for both private and businesses sectors has always been secure.  If you are thinking of purchasing a vacation or permanent home, there is no better time.  The property values continue to hold steady.

As for investing in or starting a business, it is a bit more involved.  Permits must be obtained and residency granted for the principals.  It’s possible to buy an existing corporation or small business.  For larger projects, the government will be happy to give guidance and advice.
