Training
The training program is offered to the Bonairean community at large, including all enterprises. The training program consists of 6 modules. The modules will be of a highly practical nature and will focus on the following subjects:

The importance of Tourism∑ The tourism product of Bonaire
Enhancing the quality of service by a change of behavior and/or attitude
The importance of safety/security and nature for Tourism on Bonaire
The importance of hospitality for Bonaire
Coping with change (chances/opportunities)

The financial support of USONA allows the program to be offered to the participants free of charge. The completion of each module will be rewarded with a certificate. After completion of all 6 modules the diploma Bonaire Tourism Professional will be awarded. Certificates and Diplomas are awarded in conjunction with internationally well reputed Hotelschool The Hague Performance Management BV.
