Butterfly Farm

Butterfly Farm Bonaire “hosts the most colorful butterflies from around the world”.  The shady cool confines of the butterfly greenhouse offer a pond where butterflies dance along the water.  Peek among the vivid flowers and bushes along the path to catch a glimpse.                 

Bonaire’s butterflies come via a South American nature protection program.  Butterflies are bred for captivity – not taken from the wild.  Some profit from the nature program helps to replant rainforests that the Program farmers would otherwise be cutting down for income.  Butterfly Farm Bonaire is a Member of the International Association of Butterfly Exhibitions, IABE.
